CULTIVATE’S LIVELY PERFORMANCE AT ROCKAFELLAS
On a lively Friday night, in the intimate setting of Rockfellas – a band called Cultivate took the stage. Right from the start, it was evident that this bands intention was to make sure everyone was having as much fun as they were on stage.
On a lively Friday night, in the intimate setting of Rockfellas – a band called Cultivate took the stage. Right from the start, it was evident that this bands intention was to make sure everyone was having as much fun as they were on stage. From a few Blink-182 covers, to original songs played on ukulele, to a self-created mosh pit, I couldn't help but to smile along with the band while on stage.
Cultivate is a band that makes you feel like you are hanging out with old friends. Nothing ever misses a beat, and you leave wanting more time with them. The band's unique blend of midwest math-rock/emo and the uplifting vibes of pop-punk created an atmosphere that was both nostalgic and refreshingly new, but still had all the fun of a basement punk show.
Cultivate's performance at Rockfellas Bar was nothing short of exceptional. I'm eager to see what this band has in store for the future.
